Support and Safety

Pre-launch guidance on official channels, account security, deposits, withdrawals, verification, tax forms, and urgent fraud reporting.

Updated September 1, 2026 5 min read

1. Sovra is not live yet

There are no live Sovra accounts, apps, deposits, wallets, tokens, support agents, investment programs, or recovery services. Anyone asking you to send funds, disclose credentials, install remote-access software, or pay to activate a Sovra account is not acting for this concept site.

Sovra will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, password, passkey, or one-time code.

2. Official channels before launch

Product updates will appear on this website. The legal entity, verified support domain, official app-store links, licensed-state list, mailing address, and contact methods will be published before customer onboarding. Do not trust lookalike domains or unsolicited social messages.

3. Future help topics

  • Account access, passkeys, lost devices, session review, and security holds.
  • Identity verification, taxpayer information, source-of-funds questions, account reviews, and profile updates.
  • U.S. dollar deposits and withdrawals, order status, network confirmations, and transfer screening.
  • Statements, Form 1099-DA, cost-basis information, transaction exports, and fees.
  • Supported assets, networks, wallet addresses, maintenance, and delisting notices.

4. Staying safe

  • Open Sovra only from a saved official address and verify the app publisher before installing.
  • Use a unique email, passkey or strong password, multi-factor authentication, device lock, and withdrawal allowlist.
  • Pause before responding to urgency. Verify through a separate official channel.
  • Test a new wallet address with a small amount and confirm the network and memo or tag.
  • Never trade for another person or allow someone to remotely control your device.

5. Fraud emergency

If you are a victim of cryptocurrency fraud, contact your bank or payment provider immediately, preserve evidence, and report through the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center and FTC ReportFraud. Reports may also be appropriate to the SEC or CFTC depending on the conduct.
