1. Current concept site

This concept site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or create live customer accounts. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request, security, authentication, and diagnostic information necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Before analytics, preferences, or advertising technologies are added, Sovra will deploy appropriate notices and controls and publish a verified cookie inventory.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small browser files. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels, and device identifiers. They can maintain a session, prevent fraud, remember a preference, measure performance, or support communications.

3. Planned categories

  • Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, security, and privacy choices.
  • Functional: language, accessibility, display, and other user-requested preferences.
  • Analytics: measurement used to improve reliability and journeys, subject to applicable opt-out and consent rules.
  • Advertising: campaign measurement or cross-context behavioral advertising, only if introduced after legal review and clear controls.

4. Your controls

Visitors will be able to manage non-essential technologies where required. Sovra will honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, if applicable. Browser settings can also remove cookies, although disabling necessary storage may prevent secure account features from working.

5. Retention and third parties

Duration will be limited to the stated purpose and listed in the final preference center. Third-party technologies will be assessed for data access, purpose, security, location, retention, state privacy classification, and contract terms before deployment.

6. Questions

The final privacy contact and request portal will handle cookie and tracking questions. See the Privacy Policy for broader information practices and state rights.
